SOY SAUCE BEEF Food
Ingredients
• 1kg beef (sliced)
• 4 slices of ginger
• 2 chopped garlic
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 3 starnaise
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 4 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
• Water until meat is soft
• 5 tablespoon of oil
• Red & green chili for garnishing
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan then add garlic, ginger, cinnamon stick, stainaise stir until combine.
2. Add beef and stir until color turned brown. Add 4 cups of water, keep adding water until meat is soft.
3. Add dark soya sauce, sugar, salt & pepper.
4. Mix until combined. Add garnishing ready to serve.

It was founded by May Chong with her sister Leanna Chong by her side running the business. May being the baker and Leanna the promoter. Dapur Moanna & Yaya were named after their respective children.
For a brighter future, May & Leanna moved to Kota Kinabalu from their hometown Sipitang. It was in Kota Kinabalu that Dapur Moanna & Yaya grew their clientele to a point that business is currently running well.
The sisters run Dapur Moanna & Yaya from their home in Likas, where they produce their cakes, pastries, cookies, buns, and sometimes Korean snacks like Gimbab and fried chicken. Famous bestsellers include lemon drizzle cake, chocolate chip cookies, and Korean garlic cheese bun. Menu items can be delivered outside of Kota Kinabalu as well (subject to early pre-order).
