Loffreno Real Estate is back up and running with a new location at 7317 Estero Boulevard on the south end of Fort Myers Beach
The company, which has been serving Fort Myers Beach for more than 40 years, has a new office at the Santa Maria Resort Condominiums past Santini Plaza while they work on their old building located in midtown

Busey Bank recently announced Jay Santos, assistant vice president - private client associate, as its 2022 Volunteer of the Year Living the Busey Promise in his community, Santos completed over 276 hours of service in 2022.
Santos’s extensive involvement in his Florida community includes volunteer service and various leadership roles within several organizations, including the United Way of Lee, Hendry and Glades Counties, the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral, the city of Cape Coral and the Lee County Coalition for a Drug-Free Southwest Florida, to name a few coastal-inspired reception area and private conference room

“Real estate is really brisk,” Loffreno said “We have picked up quite a bit of inventory ” Loffreno said the majority of the properties going on the market are homes that were damaged by Hurricane Ian or vacant lots Condos are not coming online as quick since many of the condo buildings have not been able to reopen to residents due to damage to elevators The homes that were not damaged by Hurricane are newer buildings, of which there are “only a handful” on the market, he said
“People will pay a premium for a home in really good condition that you can move into,” Loffreno said.
