Caribbean Hotpot offers authentic Caribbean Cuisine at its newest Pickering Town Centre location. Inspired by the warmth and vibrancy of the Caribbean, its culture, heritage and people, Caribbean Hotpot was created to bring the traditional flavours of the Caribbean, specifically Jamaica, to the City of Pickering and its environs.
Founder Marie Thompson designed the Menu and leaned on her rich Jamaican culinary heritage and passion for cooking to ensure that each meal is prepared at the highest standard with the best seasonings, herbs and spices.
Leading the team onsite is Jamaican-born Chef Kiplin Cooper, a proud native of Portland, Jamaica, with extensive experience in restaurant operation, Management and the Culinary Arts. The featured dishes served by Caribbean Hotpot are Jerk Chicken, Fried Chicken, Curry Goat, Curry Chicken and Oxtail.

A new photo studio with three photo booths and two studios, creating memories that last a lifetime. The location also offers natural soaps, and T-shirts with matching bags. Vidia is also a selfpublished author of a book of poetry.
