Featuring motivational quotes, it helps create a positive outlook to our everyday problems in a funky and stylish manner. With building an extensive fan base on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr, Zanga Creative ventures to open stores in Westfield shopping centers around Australia. Markets like Eat Street Brisbane, Miami Marketta, Night Quarter, Surfers Paradise markets, will not be forgotten. Connecting with customers face-to-face and providing top notch quality prints, will cause commotion about the new go-to stationary and home wares store. As Zanga Creative’s social presence increases, it will drive international interest and even opportunities to collaborate with.


Z A N G A C R E AT I V E Venture Summary At this stage, Zanga Creative sells modern, quality prints. Some problems that are intended to face are having trouble getting the word out, target audience finding the website, not enough sales to cover the production costs. Another variable would be figuring out a good postage plan. Travelling back and forth from the post office everyday would not be ideal and cost effective. Developing a solid posting and delivering plan would be beneficial to the business and saving costs. Although this has one down fall. Customers may receive their purchases later than intended due to scheduled postage and delivery dates. Other problems that are foreseen are competing with existing big companies such as Kikki K, Typo and Blacklist. All sell quality prints and because they are accomplished, they can afford to sell at very low prices as they have a lot of stock. Starting out as a small business, it will be very costly to start with, but if everything is planned out and using the trial and error method, it will soon start to catch revenue. Opportunities include being able to expose myself as a Graphic Designer and the business as social media platforms develop interest. Event and collaboration opportunities are always found through social media and can take a business to a whole new direction (positively). Clothing and home wares opportunities develop as the business starts to increase revenue.


Z A N G A C R E AT I V E Target Audience & Market Zanga Creative sells prints to young teens and adults aged 14-25. This unique group would be very stylish, boho, chic and appreciate modern and vintage art. They are socially active on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr. They spend their time at the beach, exploring, travelling, have cute dates at cafÊ’s and restaurants that are very hip and of course shopping. Quotes and life experiences mean a lot to them and they take it to heart. They are conscious about their health, what they put in their body, likes cooking and working out. They will buy the products as they like to create an environment around them that is uplifting, pretty/beautiful and makes them happy. The prints Zanga Creative provides makes people smile and reminds them of a special place, a funny event, or gives motivation to someone that needs that extra push in their day. How do I know this? Because I am the ideal customer to Zanga Creative. I live and breathe this niche and know there are many more out there.


Z A N G A C R E AT I V E Resources At the moment, there is an active and functioning website running (zangacreative.com) where customers can purchase existing prints. The website was developed with Squarespace, which costs $30 p/m. Another resource that is needed to create the prints are the adobe softwares, which is $17 p/m. Printing costs are low, at 35 cents per A4 print on 250 gsm paper. Postage is where it costs the most at $1.96 for a sturdy cardboard envelope at Office Works and $2.10 for postage at Australia Post. The thank-you note and sticker that is intended to be included in the packaging, has not yet been calculated. Gas prices for transportation back and forth Australia Post and Print Shop has not been taken into consideration yet.


Z A N G A C R E AT I V E Development The next steps to continue the development of this plan, steps include constantly posting on social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr and Pinterest. Also like, post and follow relating businesses and accounts to get exposure. Even comment and reach out to other accounts as it has been statistically shown to create interest and followers. Study the times when it is best to post, and post enough times a day so that users constantly get reminded of it throughout the day. The next step would be trying to find a manufacturer that sells beautiful envelopes that are sturdy and cost effective. Buy in bulk for cheaper prices. Try to imagine myself as the customer opening up their purchase and what would they like? What would make them want to share their purchase with their friends and family and want to keep coming back for more?

Anxiety, depression and suicide is a big issue in Australia and is not spoken about or dealt with as much as it should be. Zanga Creative and Beyond Blue aims to provide a safe environment for young teenagers and adults to speak up about their troubles and insecurities. Merchandise sponsored by Zanga Creative aims to provide uplifting and positive affirmations on merchandise to individuals who decide to participate at the free event. Do you ever feel nervous, scared and afraid of something that it has become to effect your goals, your actions and is taking over your life? Do you feel unsafe and have no one to talk to? Have you ever wanted to do something so badly, but something dark – insecurity, doubt and fear is stopping you? Come to our FREE one day conference at Pacific Fair, 9am – 3pm. There will be guest speakers, life coaching, testimonials and FREE food. Bring your friends, family, neighbour, everyone. This is a family event that aims to bring everyone together to discuss something that is swept under the rug and not talked about often. Come speak to our friendly councillors or even make new friends that might be going through the exact same thing you are. Take this big, but needed step to finding yourself again, overcoming your fears and taking control of your life.
