passit SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT

Welcome to the Social Media Toolkit - we have gone to great lengths to provide you with a lot of ready-to-use social content, including design assets, design files, the appropriate font licenses and more. We’re happy to give you as much resource as we can - but we must ask that you pay attention to the Letter of Fundraising Agreement for restrictions on brand usage, and the brand guidelines found in the toolkit!

A QUICK NOTE ON DESIGN DIMENSIONS:

We have also provided you with Photoshop edit files (.PSD’s) to act as guidelines to design your own social assets. Using these will ensure best display quality online.

A quick note on file labelling:

Every file will be preluded with FB, TW, or PS. All FB images are designed for Facebook, TW for Twitter and PS are to be opened in Photoshop!

Facebook & Twitter Ribbons

We’ve given you a collection of Ribbon files to overlay on profile pics for both twitter and facebook. There are two sizes of each colour, and two colours. We are also providing the Adobe Photoshop document so that you can edit and change what you like; colours or placement! Whatever you do however, please keep the PassIT! logo and the “Proud Supporter” Text.

Facebook & Twitter covers

We’ve also designed a collection of covers for you to use if you havn’t the time to design your own. We are more than happy for you to design your own and include your own PassIT messaging, however with every use of the PassIT logo we must ask that you restrict the messaging to charitable initiatives only.

We get that you won’t want to replace your entire brand identity online with PassIT images for the entire year - perhaps just while your running your month activities! However, to show your solidarity, you could use our cover-sized ribbons throughout the year. They are less intrusive, and will allow for awareness of your good deeds! Again, we will give two colours and variations.

factoids

We’ve made a few images you can use as in your social media schedule. We’re sure you’ll have more in mind - and between our logos, ribbons, and the font file you should be able to keep it all on brand very easily. However, in the mean time - Twitter and Facebook optimised images await you in the toolkit.

This is becoming a recognisable font within the PrintIT programme, and it’s being used to link the PassIT campaign together with PrintIT.

RESOURCE: Branding guidelines

Please find brand guidelines in the toolkit. They are available for you to use when putting together your own assets. The thems behind all content should be a focus on vibrant energy, team work, and acheivement. Imagery should focus on Print and Paper or Schools, Students and apprentices. All template documents are saved in Adobe Photoshop, but should you want to use Indesign or Illustrator, the details should transfer over. We have created a small library of PNG and transparent-backed images (for ribbons, logos etc). That can easily be imported.

RESOURCE: HIGH RESOLUTION LOGOS

These have been created in Adobe Illustrator and as such are .EPS files. These can be opened by many Adobe programs, but most importantly, they are vectors and within Adobe Illustrator should be scalable to any size. We will save out jpeg files too for use in other contexts, but this should allow you to print out great quality at large sizes.
