Representing the Pennsylvania Utility Contractors Association, D/B/A NUCA Pennsylvania or NUCA of Pennsylvania I am the Executive Director for NUCA Pennsylvania, which is comprised of heavy-highway contractors with an emphasis on water and sewer infrastructure construction as well as excavation contractors.
