Irish Boosters

OURVISION&MISSION

The Friends of Irish Booster Club at Notre Dame High School supports the athletic department. Comprised of dedicated parent volunteers and guided by the ND administration, the club's primary mission is to raise funds to enhance the athletic department's budget, give student-athletes new opportunities, and build a community through a common mission, thereby directly impacting the athletic programs at Notre Dame High School.

OUR PURPOSE

OPPORTUNITIESFOR EXPOSURE

Provide financial support to expose students to a higher level of competition. Examples include but are not limited to Out-of-state tournaments, out-ofconference games, team-building exercises, upgraded transportation, etc.

FACILITY UPGRADES EQUIPMENT& MERCHANDISE

Provide teams with one merchandise item per season. Equipment is considered a wish list item and is not otherwise provided through the current athletics budget.

Provide upgrades to ND Athletic Facilities so that our student-athletes may enjoy the best campus facilities in the local area.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

Boosters will not financially support the purchase of uniforms, sports banquets, coaches' gifts, or funding of coaches' salaries. With the implementation of the Friends of The Irish Boosters, teams can no longer raise funds by selling individual items like Superbowl squares, wrapping paper, flowers, pies, or any “do it yourself” items. The only additional fundraising allowed will be a *50/50 if the team desires.

OUR GOVERNANCE

A Board of Directors and individual team representatives will be selected to ensure that all sports have an equal voice in how the funds raised are distributed. All parents, alumni, and fans are welcome to support the Friends of the Irish Booster Club.
