TOWN INFORMATION

Beautiful New Pickleball Courts at the Discovery Bay Community Center Dreams Do Come True! The Discovery Bay Community Center had eight tennis courts, two of which were in unplayable condition. In February 2020, the Town applied for remaining WW Grant Funds through East Bay Regional Parks District and was awarded those funds in May 2020. Between Grant and Town funds and a generous donation from Discovery Bay Recreation and Sports, Inc., a local 501c3, the Town was able to convert two unplayable tennis courts into six beautiful new pickleball courts. This allows for the Community Center to have the best of both worlds in one location with six tennis courts and six pickleball courts.

All Are Welcome! Come on out and get to know your fellow pickleball enthusiasts and make new friends. There is a group of Pickleballers that typically plays Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 9am-12pm.
