Women’s Expo featuring the Taste of Home Cooking School Brewer Media Group proudly presents the 12th Annual Women’s Expo featuring the Taste of Home Cooking School, to be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at the Chattanooga Convention Center from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Last year’s event brought over 5,000 attendees to this free-to-the-public special event.
Booth Information All Prime and Expo Booths include a 10’ x 10’ space with pipe and drape, one table with tablecloth, two chairs, & two tickets to the Taste of Home Cooking Show. Electricity and data lines are available through the Chattanooga Trade & Convention Center for an additional fee.
Overview of Taste of Home Cooking School
The Taste of Home Cooking School is a production of “Taste of Home” magazine, the #1 cooking magazine in the United States. A professional culinary specialist will present a two-hour on-stage cooking demonstration, introduce new recipes and calorie cutting improvements to classic recipes, plus she will introduce the audience to new products and techniques to make time in the kitchen more healthful, more fun, and more delicious! The Women’s Expo is a first of its kind in Chattanooga. An open-to-the-public show designed to cater to the needs of today’s woman. Exhibitors from such diverse fields as cooking, home improvement, physical fitness, and beauty make this show a can’t miss.
Exhibitors must set up their booths between 1 and 6 p.m. the day before the expo on Monday, October 19, and break down their booths between 7 and 10 p.m. the day of the expo. Exhibitors who break down early will incur a $250 fine. Super Booths (10’ x 20’) are available for exhibitors with large displays, automobiles or workshops.
Taste of Home Tickets Attending the Chattanooga Women’s Expo is free of charge from 10:00 to 7:00 p.m. Advance Taste of Home Cooking School tickets are available online at ChattanoogaWomensExpo.com. Doors open to the Taste of Home Cooking School at 4:30 p.m. VIP Tickets - $30 in Advance • VIP Reception in the South Rotunda from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. • VIP Goody Bag (with exclusive gifts!) • Exclusive Door Prize Drawing • Priority Seating General Admission - $10 in Advance 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
