UX/UI DESIGN: BUZZ
INTRODUCTION
OBJECTIVE Collaborate with a team to complete a UX/UI design project within a 10 week deadline. The application must be related to a developing technology.
ABSTRACT Buzz is an electric self driving taxi service that will efficiently take the user where they need to go safely. The app takes into account the surrounding traffic and distance to the customer’s location, providing the exact time of arrival and traveling the fastest route possible. In addition, the service emphasizes two main features: safety and in-car customization.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS: UBER
Uber Strengths: • Operates in 633 cities worldwide • Includes transportation and food delivery services • Drivers are required to have a background check and must pass annual safety inspections • Payment is based on pre-selected preferences (credit card, google wallet) • Offers a quoted fare • Autoplay music (music plays at the start of every music-enabled trip)
Uber Weaknesses: • Expensive (usually during price surges) • Human error (driving mistakes, miscommunication) • Bad ratings affect the users’ ability to get a ride.
