“In Wyoming, a World-Class Burger and an Honest Butcher” I’ve always been interested in how the choices we make about food can affect others. But I didn’t think that eating a hamburger in Lander, Wyo., would change my notions about how these choices can impact entire communities.... It happened to be one of the finest burgers I have ever eaten. Ben Towill, New York Times columnist
