After five years of reviewing over 3000 research studies, the CfAD, GSA, and CDC, debuted the Fitwel Certification System. Fitwel is a system designed to promote health and wellness in all buildings and communities. This book provides an overview of Fitwel, as well as the impact categories and sections. It was created as an introduction to understand basic ideals for the Fitwel Ambassador course.
