Sound equipment for Peter Schmitz (Dialect Coach) theatre exile has worked on dialects for the Wilma provided by Theater's productions of Constellations, When the Rain Stops Falling, The Hard Problem, and Cherokee. He has recently coached dialects for student productions at Swarthmore College (Dublin by Lamplight, Mad Forest) and the University of Pennsylvania (Eumenides). A graduate of Yale College and NYU’s Graduate Acting Program, he has appeared with many local theater companies, including the Arden, Act II Playhouse, InterAct, Philadelphia Theatre Co., the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, and the Walnut Street Theatre. Nationally, he has acted with such companies as the Guthrie Theatre and Yale Rep, and appeared on Broadway in My Fair Lady. Peter is a teacher of Theater History at the Ira Brind School of the University of the Arts. Many thanks to Steve Gravelle for his assistance!

Deborah Block (Producing Artistic Director) has been a consistent figure in the Philadelphia arts community for over 25 years as a dramaturg, producer, curator, choreographer, educator and a director where she has worked on over 60 professional productions. She has received much recognition for her professional and educational work including receiving the Independence Fellowship in the Arts and the Albert Benzwie Award for playwriting. She is one of the founders of the Philadelphia Live Arts Festival and Philly Fringe (now FringeArts) and was the program director for ten years. She received her MFA at Temple University. Deborah has been with Theatre Exile for 10 years and has directed Guards at the Taj, Smoke, Red Speedo, Cock, The English Bride, Gruesome Playground Injuries, Iron, Hunter Gatherers, dark play or stories for boys, Roosters and collaborated on Hearts & Soles. Elizabeth Atkinson (Sound Designer & Composer) is delighted to be working with Theatre Exile for the first time. Liz is currently based in Philadelphia, after many years in Pittsburgh where she was Resident Sound Designer at the City Theatre Company. Her freelance career includes regional theatre credits at The Wilma, Simpatico Theatre Project, InterAct Theatre, People’s Light and Theatre Company, Walnut Street Theatre, Yale Repertory Theatre, Hartford Stage, Quantum Theatre, and Pittsburgh Irish and Classical Theatre. The Pittsburgh PostGazette named her sound designer of the year in 2003, 2006, and 2007.
