FOOTBALL THEMED METAVERSE Personalized football themed metaverse experience for world’s largest clubs, Metaverse
The football metaverse is a series of customized islands located in a single metaverse. Each island is personalized for the needs and desires of the world’s largest and most famous football clubs. Each island contains a digital twin of the teams’ stadium with player villas, marketplace and museum all with the focus of expanding the teams’ brands and maximizing cashflow for the club. This realistic metaverse is designed to create a gamified experience creating a funa nd engaging experience as well as embolden the community of the fans that support each club.

CORNERSTONE.LAND A digital world built to embolden creators, Metaverse
Cornerstone is a hyper-realistic virtual world created with Unreal Engine. The process for developing and designing the buildings and infrastructure of the island began with generating images from Midjourney and were then taken into Rhino 3d to build the base geometries. They were then sent to Unreal specialists to apply texture mapping and any additional design features. The island consists of over 1700 individual plots with unlimited possibilities for different building typologies. The guiding principle driving the project is to empower the user and promote user generated content. With this in mind, all the infrastructure was designed to embolden this philosophy and add an element of “gamification” inspired by video games.

TALO-W1 A CLT single-family home, Ylästö, Finland
Constructed of CLT, Talo W-1 is a single-family home located in Southern Finland. The main concept of the home is to create a porous exterior allowing light to pass through the mass on multiple axis. The interior embraces the idea of compression and release while moving through the home. One is first compressed into the front entry before entering the home, then as you move forward through the foyer, the walls angle out enlarging the space. As you move through, this concept is repeated as you enter the open plan kitchen and living room, then into the 6-meter-high space of the living room with large windows the maximize the view to the garden. The large windows and exquisitely designed garden create a cohesive living experience, with one playing on the other.

GARDEN HELSINKI Ice hockey arena for HIFK below ground with a mixed-use structure above ground, Helsinki, Finland
Garden Helsinki is a major urban development project housing a word-class event arena, apartments, offices and hotel. The site is located at the northern edge of the Helsinki Olympic Stadium in Helsinki, Finland. The majority of the development, including the 11,000-16,000seat arena, will be placed underground. The arena will act as home to HIFK ice hockey club, as well as a variety of other sports and entertainment. The above ground building designed by B&M Akkitehdit OY will contain offices and retail, hotel facilities and apartments. With at its center, a new open garden, all providing a new node for the city.

HIPPOS A mixed-use sports complex for Ice hockey and football, including offices, hotel and classrooms, Jyväskylä, Finland
The Hippos2020 development project of the City of Jyväskylä will upgrade the Hippos sports area in Jyväskylä, Finland, into the most versatile indoor sports and wellness cluster in the Nordic countries. The Hippos area is located next to the renowned Jyväskylä University campus area designed by Alvar Aalto. The current arena will be replaced with a new multipurpose indoor sports center, which will comprise venues for a large variety of sports, accommodating up to 2,200 people. A football hall will replace the current Hippos Hall, housing a full-size football field with spectator stands for 800. The building will be connected to a gymnastics center that also provides venues for other indoor sports.

LUOTO A mixed-use ice hockey complex for TPS including offices, hotel, restraunts and residences, Turku, Finland
Luoto is our urban development project for the 2020s in the railyard of the city of Turku on the southwest coast of Finland. It will provide housing, workplaces, everyday services, a wide range of sports facilities, a chapel and space for various urban events and phenomena in a unique environment. Together with the hotel, the multipurpose sports arena will act as the driver for year-round and roundthe-clock activities. Visitors and residents can ascend to the arena roof to enjoy a variety of services as well as views opening over the city rooftops. The residential towers are blocks of various heights and angled to allow each flat to enjoy a view beyond the adjacent building. All blocks feature rooftop terraces and adjoining shared spaces.”

OULU TRANSPORTATION CENTER A mixed-use ice hockey complex including offices, hotel, restraunts and residences, Oulu, Finland
The aim of the competition was to create a new transportation hub for the existing main train and bus stations The design connects the two sides of the city by linking and creating new attractions and activities. A new arena is added to the original program, increasing the range of services, and creating an enormous increase of activities and vibrancy needed to create a true extension of the city center. The deck creates a link to both sides of the city via and elevated urban park. It links to the platforms below while provideing new urban spaces, plazas, squares and parks above. The apartment buildings are organised in three semi-open blocks and built at the ends of the long deck level that flanks the railway zone.
