Jordan runs the operation with his wife, Melinda and the crew – Kat, who lived on a coffee farm in Mexico, Daniel, “Dan Dan the Roasting Man,” and Jason, who is a wiz with account relationships and sales. The team operates a popular café in Auburn called The Pour Choice.
