Bake-O-Glide™ Multigrade Baking Sets Multigrade is also available in various pre-cut sets and shapes for lining all forms of bakeware, tins & trays. No need to grease the liners with oil or fat. These extra thick, non-slip, non-stick, reusable mats have a PTFE coating on one side and a silicone coating on the other. Ideal for flat tray baking, also suitable for use as a rolling out mat to provide a non-slip and non-stick surface for working on. Roll out all forms of pastry, marzipan and sugarpaste. Also suitable for chocolate work, kneading dough and boiling sugar work. This same material also helps keep the microwave turntable free from spills and burned on food.

Bake-O-Glide™ Construction Bake-O-Glide™ is a Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coated glass fibre fabric. PTFE coated fabrics have the following general properties: •
Outstanding temperature resistance (from -170°C to +260°C) • Excellent chemical resistance • Superior non-stick surface, easy to clean • High dielectric strength • Dimensional stability • Resistance to UV, IR and HF • Non-toxic (Food Safe) Due to the manufacturing process of Bake-O-Glide™ colours and appearance may vary, however this will not affect its performance.
Production
The woven glass fabric is coated with the milk like PTFE dispersion and then coated and heated many times to create the required thickness of both material and coating of PTFE
Woven Glass Fabric is made by interlacing threads in the lengthwise (WARP) direction and threads in the crosswise (WEFT) direction. Warp threads are known as ENDS and Weft threads are known as PICKS. The way in which the warp and weft threads are interlaced is known as the WEAVE PATTERN. To enable the warp and weft to be woven, thousands of warp threads must firstly be assembled together and wound onto a large drum known as a WEAVERS BEAM in a process known as PREPARATION.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) a strong, tough, waxy, non-flammable synthetic resin produced by the polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene.
Known by such trademarks as Teflon, Fluon, Hostaflon, and Polyflon, PTFE is distinguished by its slippery surface, high melting point, and resistance to attack by almost all chemicals. These properties have made it F F familiar to consumers as the coating on non-stick C C cookware; a cooking surface that does not F F n require the use of fats or oils. All Bake-O-Glide™ products conform to Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and hence Article 3 of European Regulation No 1935/2004: following Methods BSEN 1186:2002. All Bake-O-Glide™ PTFE products are manufactured from PFOA free dispersions.

The ISO 22702 is a world-wide valid Norm which states the demands within the general product safety for Utility lighters. It consists basically on three test methods that a lighter has to pass before being placed on the market.
To pass the HEAT TEST lighters have to withstand 4 hours in a special oven at 65°C. Thereby they may not get any splits or leaks of gas.

The DROP TEST indicates the ability of the lighter to withstand safely a drop from 1.5m onto concrete without splitting. According to the outside temperature the FLAME HEIGHT of lighters varies in use. The maximum flame height may not exceed 12cm.
