Bake-O-Glide™ is widely used throughout the bakery, confectionery, food freezing and catering industry, for use in tins, trays, ovens, microwaves and freezers. The same Bake-O-Glide™ baking sheets can be used for either sweet or savoury goods as there is no transfer of flavour between washes. No fat, grease or oil is required. With care Bake-O-Glide™ will last 100’s of times over.
Flexible Non-Stick Silicone Coated Fibreglass Solid/Mesh Baking Mats suitable for the commercial baker and confectioner. It is an ideal material to bake raw frozen dough. A must for any pastry chef when working with sticky materials such as sugar, great for cookies, pastries, bagels and other morning goods. Silicone Baking mats give even heat distribution which dissipates rapidly to avoid burning and gives a crispier bake with no soggy bottoms. Fat Free

Bake-O-Sil has the same super smooth PTFE coating as the BakeO-Glide™ baking sheet on one side ensuring a non-stick surface, the other a special silicone coating that guarantees the mat stays in place when in use. Bake-O-Sil makes a fantastic work mat for rolling out pastry, cookies, marzipan, etc., also suitable for kneading dough. Reusable, non-stick baskets for crisper pastries, biscuits and pizzas. Ideal for Bake Off Ovens - cooking morning goods, pastries, jacket potatoes, filled baguettes, panini’s, etc. Dissipates heat rapidly to avoid burning giving a crispier finish with no soggy bottoms. Easy to clean, working temperature -40°C to 260°C allows even heat distribution.
The mat will withstand temperatures from -40°C to 230°C therefore making it suitable to go from the worktop or freezer straight into the oven. As with all Bake-O-Glide™ products it is reusable and easy to clean. One side PTFE / One Side Silicone Coated Fabric
