Tocha Trio Monday 21 May 12.45pm Stalls Foyer Tocha Trio is the project of Peruvian born artist, Daniel Alvarado, whose passion for music began when he started to play the flute and panpipes at the age of six. He now writes, and performs his own compositions, with influences covering modern western music to Latin, Afro and tropical styles, with songs in both English and his native Spanish.
The Bailey Sisters are Alyson Rainey, Karen Dyson and Shelley Rainey. They have performed around the country, sharing the stage with bands such as the Young ‘Uns, The Hut People, O’Hooley and Tidow and Maddy Prior. They’re not sisters, and they don’t drink Baileys - but they do sing traditional, folk and modern music in beautiful close harmony, both a capella, and accompanied by guitar, fiddle, recorders and shruti.
