From the initial contact and ongoing communications to the final days of unpacking their household goods, our Relocation Services division stands beside your employees, serving as the single point of coordination throughout their entire move. Our Relocation Services staff schedules a conference call with each transferee and their spouse/partner, if applicable and desired by transferee, to go over the policy in detail. It is a great opportunity to “meet” the transferee and their spouse/partner to discuss any questions or concerns the family may have surrounding the benefits contained in the policy. The entire family is relocating, not just the transferee. Our services range from assisting the transferee with selling their home to arranging for the transport of furry family members to their new home to finding a contractor to set up the family’s basketball court. If the transferee has a question, we find an answer!

Ingrid Demoss began her real estate and relocation career as a consultant with a 60-year leader in relocation services for both companies and individuals. Ingrid then gained 15 more years of experience — moving people nationally and internationally — with one of the world’s largest global brokerages. Now, at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, Ingrid assists the firm’s agents, clients and colleagues with relocations of every kind. Ingrid’s passion is helping people. She specializes in making every move seamless and stress-free, and she excels at pairing transferees with the perfect real estate professionals for them. Ingrid provides every client — external and internal — with personalization, care and excellent service.

Mary Ann Beaty uses her nearly 30 years of experience in the corporate world in her second career as a relocation services consultant. This gives her unique insights and understandings of the behind-the-scenes planning and coordination that comes with every corporate move, big or small. Mary Ann joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010 and earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2015. With every client and every move, Mary Ann provides an extraordinary level of customer service — especially in understanding the emotional impact on employees and families in relocating to an exciting new city.
