The Compassion Skills Training (CST) uses the Brightsity platform to facilitate compassion development leveraging science, social networks and interpersonal interactions to enable participants to develop compassion for self and others in a safe, supportive and measurable environment.
CST is being used in businesses, hospitals, universities, and individuals:
