YUMMY RAW ENERGY BALLS RECIPE

HERE’S A GREAT RECIPE FOR ENERGY BALLS, PROTEIN BALLS, BLISS BALLS

WHAT ARE ENERGY BALLS?

Energy balls are protein-packed, nutrient-dense perfect snacks with a combination of dried fruit, seeds, and other ingredients rolled into a densely nutritious little snack ball. Sometimes they are referred to as Protein Balls or Bliss Balls or Energy Bites. In the case of a protein ball, the recipe includes protein powder for extra protein.

Energy balls are raw i.e. no baking, microwaving or instant potting needed.

Energy balls are approved for all ages who need a healthy snack, a grab-and-go, an instant energy boost.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup of nuts

• 4 dried figs

• 1/2 peanut butter or cashews

• 1/4 cup of coconut flour

• 1 tbsp cacao nibs

• 1/2 cup of butter

• 4 tbsp of rice syrup or honey

• 1/2 cup of cacao powder

• 1/3 cup of linseed seeds

METHOD:

1. Blend nuts and fig till crumbly and feels like a cookie dough.

2. Place into a bowl then add the remaining ingredients.

3. Make sure is not to crumbled, if it is you may need to add sometimes a little bit of butter.

4. If it feels too wet then add a little bit more coconut flour. Leave to sit for about 10 min.

5. Roll the balls the size you like, you can use cacao or linseed seeds just use your creativity
