Harlin House Upgrade

BGS boarding is set to enter a new era, thanks to the generosity of Old Boy Matthew McLennan ‘86, who has donated US$500,000 to launch the Harlin House campaign which will support the refurbishment of boarding facilities.

With work completed on the first stage of the refurbishment, boarding students are enjoying new common rooms, and a fantastic barbeque area that provides students with an outdoor space to gather together, like any other family.

Matt McLennan says he hopes his donation will inspire others to contribute to boarding at BGS.

“Boarding at BGS was formative for me. Giving back to BGS enables me to both express my gratitude and contribute to the life experience of future boarders.”
