Wynnum Wading Pool

Wynnum Esplanade is home to a range of fun-filled activities including the fabulous Wynnum Wading Pool This large pool fills with seawater at high tide and has a small, twisting slide at one end, which is always fun for the kids to slip down.

Once you are done swimming, wander over to the Whale Park, which offers a fantastic water splash pad play area and playground.

Orion Lagoon

155 Southern Cross Circuit, Springfield Central Facilities: Lagoon pool, 50m lap pool, toddler wading area, toilets, change rooms, café, wheelchair accessible.

Orion Lagoon covers more than 3.6km and is situated alongside the popular Robelle Domain Parklands playground and water park. The lagoon features a 600mm deep sculpture pool and a 50m lap pool. Other areas include stepping stones, wading areas, water squirters, and shallow depth pool of 300mm, making the precinct fun for the whole family.

Orion Lagoon is supervised by lifeguards during opening hours, has water access for all abilities, and includes accessible toilet facilities.
