The city of castles, the Welsh capital Cardiff is an exciting day trip for students studying with BSC Young Learners. A charming and historic city where groups can explore the streets, go shopping, visit the waterfront arts complex and learn about Welsh culture.
Things to do in Cardiff CARDI F F CAST L E Located in the centre of the city, this medieval castle dates back to the 11th century. Students will learn how castles were used for defence in the past with background on the conflicts between the Anglo-Normans and the Welsh.
OTHER AC TIVITIES IN C LUDE • Shopping in the city centre
CA R D I FF C R U IS E This sightseeing tour will have students travelling along Cardiff Bay taking in the famous sights including Sennedd building, part of the Welsh parliament estate, Cardiff Barrage and will learn the history of Cardiff Bay.
