DAMAGES It is very important to tell your leader or a staff member if you damage or break something, even if it was an accident. If you see another player causing damage, please report it to the Centre Manager.
WELFARE - Asking for Help If you have a problem, are worried about something, or you have a personal issue you want to talk about, ask your Welfare Manager, Centre Manager or any member of staff. Male and female staff members are available so you can decide who to talk to. If you are not sure who to ask for help, ask any member of our staff and they will assist you. If you are still not happy, you can contact British Study Centres Young Learners head office (please see the player notice board ‘Complaints Notice’ for contact names, numbers and British Study Centres Young Learners head office address). Please tell us if you are worried or unhappy about something – we will listen and try to help you.
