All lessons take place at BSC YL pop-up centres. Online pre-arrival Level test is mandatory for all students taking an English plus program or test prep. Lessons will be taught in either the morning or afternoon depending on the group, size, requests and operational needs of the school. All teaching material will be provided. End of course certificate and academic report will be provided on departure. Tuition will be delivered in closed groups. Please refer to terms and conditions if your group is arriving mid-week. Where dates fall over a bank holiday, lessons may need to be re-arranged to accommodate for school closures.

Activities are optional at an extra cost and subject to availability. Please find options attached and kindly inform us if your group would like to include any of them. Travel cards are not included. You can find prices listed with the activities quoted per person per week. These will be added to the invoice, and is applicable to both students & group leaders.

Return Transfer fees are based on 15 students. Please contact us for a different group size. Please contact us for the price of transfers from a different airport to that which is listed in the package. Arrival or departure outside Saturday and Sunday and at weekends before 10:00 am or after 10:00 pm may incur an additional charge of £25 per person and may result in delay arriving to or early departures from host families. Please contact us once you have selected a suitable flight to check with our school – see supplement list for further details. Return Transfer fees are calculated based on 1 large luggage per person, for arrival and departure. If you require additional luggage space, please contact us for additional luggage availability and fees.

All prices quoted are subject to inflation-based increases. All prices remain subject to availability. We advise you to hold an allocation with us if you believe the group is likely to confirm. We advise that you do not book flights until you have checked and re-confirmed availability with us. If you are happy with the quote and availability has been confirmed by BSC YL, please send us a complete Group Enrolment Form listing student names and dates of birth. Please list passport numbers if a visa letter is required. Authorisation for Minors (Minor Forms), Group Leader Agreement and Group Leader Police Check documents are required prior to arrival, and prior to booking and releasing Accommodation confirmations, as well as Visa Letters, if required. Any special requests that are noted on the Authorisation for Minors form but have not been listed on the Group Enrolment form may cause delays on the booking process. Please ensure all special requests are captured respectively at the time of booking.
Deposits: • • • •
A deposit of 20% is required to secure a group booking. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. For individual cancellations inside the group and up to date booking conditions, please refer to BSC YL’s standard terms and conditions. A refundable damage deposit of £50 in cash may be required for each student upon arrival.
