Changing the public service landscape. We will investigate the cultural sector’s experiences of public sector commissioning to date, examine the public service commissioning landscape and highlight opportunities for relationships between the sector and commissioners and how they might be strengthened in the future. What is the experience of your festival or arts organisation in this emerging field? What questions do you have for those who already have some experience? Are you questioning how your organisation could benefit? A panel of professionals will facilitate this timely debate, but - the focus will be on what you want to learn and understand, how you want to direct this discussion.

Before we go our separate ways, our final Conference session brings together those earlier questions discussed during Festival Question Time: ‘The Future - it isn’t what it used to be ‘ as we gaze into our festival shaped crystal ball and analyse where we will all be in a years time. What are going to be the triumphs? What are going to be the pitfalls? Is it even possible to second guess anything in these challenging times? As we attempt to ‘Join up these final Dots’— what will be our collective theme for the coming twelve months?
