Inspired by true events, Eddie the Eagle retraces the story of British ski jumper Michael “Eddie” Edwards, the loveable underdog who never stopped believing he could make it, even when an entire nation was counting him out. Following his journey towards the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics, Eddie the Eagle is an unpretentious, feel-good triumph.

THE CLUB (18) 97m This unsettling drama from director Pablo Larraín centres on a group of disgraced Catholic priests sequestered in a beach house.
Victoria is a young Spanish student living in Berlin. Looking for a little adventure, she gets more than she’s bargained for one evening as an encounter with the charismatic Sonne and his friends soon makes her the getaway driver for their bank robbery. Shot entirely in a single unfaked extended take, Victoria is a stunning heist thriller.
