As the world commemorates the Great War’s centenary, Vera Brittain’s WWI memoir is brought to the big screen in this brilliant and moving adaptation. Intelligent and free-spirited Vera’s dreams are brutally shattered by the onset of war as her lover and her brother are shipped out to the front. Leaving behind her university life to volunteer as a nurse she is immediately confronted with the pitiless reality of the war’s victims.

In a haunting performance, Isaac plays Abel as a man exhausted by his climb to the top in this intelligent and emotional slow-burn drama.

It’s the tail end of the ‘60s in L.A. and drug-fuelled paranoia is running the day. P.I. Doc Sportello knows that “love” is one of those overused words that usually leads to trouble. When his exgirlfriend shows up with a story about a plot against her billionaire boyfriend, the plot thickens.

Three young boys living in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro spend their days searching for treasure. They find it in the form of a satchel, but they quickly discover the need to fight for their lives as its contents are vitally important to the corrupt police force. A suspenseful and emotional thriller, Trash follows the boys through the city’s favelas as they try to use their newfound treasure to change Rio for the better.

In this psychological thriller, Andrew is a gifted young jazz drummer pushed to his breaking point. After being accepted to a prestigious music conservatory, Andrew’s only focus is achieving perfection. Unfortunately for him, that’s also what his brutal and unorthodox new teacher has in mind. “Winner of both the US Grand Jury and Audience Awards at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, Whiplash announces Chazelle as one of the most exciting talents to emerge from the US in recent years.
