Broadway Cinema

Broadway is not your average cinema. Over the last 20 years it has developed a reputation for screening the best new films (including independent, World and Hollywood titles), retrospective seasons and several film festivals. Unlike other cinemas Broadway has a café bar serving a range of snacks, meals and beverages (you are allowed to take drinks, including alcohol, into the screens) and exhibits digital art projections by local and international artists. In 2007, Total Film Magazine named Broadway one of the top 10 cinemas in the world due to its ‘chocolate love seats’ designed by Nottingham’s international designer Sir Paul Smith.
