ESL Programs for Conditional Acceptance Intensive English Language Program (IELP)

Accelerated English Language Program (AELP)

• 8-Week English Program for Admission to Brock University

IELP is designed to boost your English communication skills and enable you to succeed in an academic environment. It is tailored for students who aspire to excel in both undergraduate and graduate studies at Brock University, as well as individuals looking to enhance their English communication abilities in various situations.

Program Details Skilled teachers lead 25 hours of classes each week using a special teaching method. This helps students learn in an interesting way where they are the focus. When you finish Level 5, you meet the English requirements needed to get into Brock University’s bachelor’s and some master’s programs. This makes your academic journey easier and more enjoyable. IELP will help you read academic materials, write essays take effective notes and give presentations.

In the AELP, you’ll experience all the advantages of the IELP but in a condensed 8-week format. This program is specifically tailored for students who have conditional letters of acceptance to Brock Undergraduate programs and are seeking to complete their language program at an accelerated pace.

Program Details Advanced 8-week accelerated program. IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent required for admission.

Summer Programs Summer English Language program (SELP) Embark on an enriching five-week journey within the vibrant environment of Brock University and the picturesque Niagara Region. Our SELP program offers a well-structured blend of educational and recreational activities, providing students with a unique opportunity to connect and interact with peers from across the globe, including those from Canada’s French-speaking region, who join us to experience Canada’s Explore program with Brock University. While benefiting from the expertise of Brock University’s exceptional ESL faculty, you’ll also partake in a variety of activities that will fully immerse you in campus life, connect you with the local St. Catharines and Brock community, and take you on explorations of the region’s top tourist attractions. Don’t miss the chance to discover the breathtaking beauty and vibrant culture of one of Canada’s most captivating regions.
