Exclusive to Brodware is the sparkling Durobrite® Chrome finish. This superior unique chrome finish includes a deep nickel layer coated with hard chromium. When plated on brass metal, Durobrite® Chrome not only keeps your tapware looking newer for longer, it is a brilliant finish that is easy to clean and resists soiling.

Easy to use Easiglide® is a Brodware tap engine that utilises the latest in ceramic technology. Special lubricants allow smooth operation and precise temperature control, whilst ensuring reliability and low maintenance.

Brodware Finishes

inFinium PVD The days of uncertainty of how long your chosen finish will last are over. Brodware’s state-of-the-art technology delivers exceptional quality finishes that are made to stand the test of time. You can select and use the colour you want with confidence – free from the continual maintenance, cleaning and waxing of oxidised finishes, and the premature wear of painted or plated finishes.

inFinium PVD finishes are resistant to scratching, tarnishing, abrasion, corrosion and discolouration, offering a high level of hardness and setting the benchmark on wear resistance. Unlike powder coated and painted finishes, the colour in an inFinium PVD finish is molecularly bonded to the tap, becoming one with the metal itself.

PVD is the most socially responsible and environmentally friendly finishing process. It is clean and dry, with no hazardous materials involved, and does not generate chemical waste or water pollution. Using inFinium PVD coatings on our brass base construction results in a long useful life, which results in a reduction in the amount of waste generated.

Embracing any imagination, Brodware offers a variety of custom finishes that can be applied throughout our entire range. This service enables us to customise and combine these finishes with products in a variety of ways to suit your needs.

Over 40 finishes including, brushed, polished and rumbled textures, and a suite of organic styles allowing for multiple means of expression.

To make pricing easy the finish options are in 3-4 price groups. Simply note which group your preferred finish belongs to then reference that group beside your chosen product for pricing.

Broclean® Water Management System Brodware’s patented Broclean® system delivers consistent savings regardless of pressure.

Unlike some other systems, flows of +/- 0.5l/m either side of the relevant WELS benchmark are available from pressures between 150 to 1500kpa. The graph below shows a typical flow curve.

The Broclean® filtration system where fitted, is located upstream of the flow controller for a more consistent flow.

Easiglide® Ceramic Engine Utilising special compounds, the Easiglide® ceramic engine is not only a breeze to use but the seals are water hammer resistant when used at recommended pressures. This is especially important with lever handle tapware. Our Easiglide® F3 ceramic engines are fitted with noise suppressant screens for quieter operation. The Easiglide® F1 Mono Mixer engine incorporates a temperature selection ring (illustrated in green) which enables the hot water to be adjusted to a temperature to provide safety for children and save energy.
