Custom Metal Fabrication Made by Charles Tool Company LLC | Eminence, Mo. A. Game Drag—Hunting accessory for dragging deer, hogs, or other very large game animals back to the vehicle; also used to hang the back legs for skinning in the field. Materials include Dom Tubing. B. Bar Stop Adjustable Screw—Item is a machine tool repair part on a model AMP 30 Hatebur machine manufactured in Basel, Switzerland. One of these parts was recently shipped to Jaipur, India for a replacement needed. Materials include 8620 Carburized Steel. C. Fuel Line Fitting—This fuel line fitting was manufactured for a prototype for Bell Helicopter's new Model 525 16 passenger. Materials include 7075 Aircraft Aluminum. D. Carburetor to Throttle Body Adaptor—Adaptor plate for covering a carbureted engine to throttle body injection without any linkage modifications. Materials include 6061 T6 Aluminum. E. Gripper Finger Holder—Part for the transfer system for AMP 50 Hatebur hot forming press made in Basel, Switzerland. Materials include 4140 steel. F. Competitive Rifle Shooting Hardware—Part of the package of hardware for 600 yard competition rifle events. We also manufacture the rest of the hardware to complete the unit. Beam for UH-60 Helicopter Made by Eminence Manufacturing Inc. | Eminence, Mo. The photograph depicts a part of a larger beam assembly that goes into the Sikorsky UH-60. The part starts at a forged block of aluminum that is 50+ lbs. and finishes at about 35 lbs. The part is manufactured on Eminence Manufacturing Inc.’s Cincinnati 5 axis. All the cleaning and painting of complete parts is done at an outside facility. Parts are assembled at EMI with bushings and bearings.
