Network PC Support Certification CompTIA A+

The Network PC Support Certification encompasses several aspects of modern-day computers and network systems. Additionally, one can specialize in a specific area. This training program is a blended format of online content with in-class activities to prepare students for the vast variety of encounters with computers and networks. CompTIA A+ is broken into three components: basic, intermediate, and advanced. Basic CompTIA A+ enlightens the students to the basic hardware of the computer. Intermediate focuses on building from where Basic left off with the system software, application software and maintaining a computer with troubleshooting. Lastly, advanced focuses on building aspects around what was mastered in the first two courses while adding security for the computer and user. $300

Network PC Support Certification Security+

This certificate is designed for those interested in a career in Network PC Support. It blends online content with hands-on in-class activities to prepare students for a career. This training program prepares students to repair, service and troubleshoot personal computers and computerrelated equipment and to install and configure operating systems and application software. Students also learn to install, configure and support an organization’s local area network. You will gain the technical skills required for CompTIA A+ and Network+ industry certifications. Testing vouchers are included in course tuition. Classes begin monthly. $300

This course has been approved by the Home Inspector Examiners Committee to meet the 90-hour training requirements for Oklahoma Home Inspector Licensing. Tuesday and Thursday will be in-person at South Campus in Guthrie, and Wednesday will be virtual. $575
