Mapex is a lifestyle brand specializing in high quality drumset and marching percussion instruments, designed for the player with a renegade spirit.

the logo

when size matters Sizing guidelines are established to ensure usage consistency as well to help retain the logo’s visual integrity across all media types. Each logo version can be sized proportionally without exceeding the following minimum size standards: 15mm / 0.6 in / 43px

room to breathe Consistent clear space and proximity are needed to give the logo proper room to be displayed. Use the examples to the right as a guide to prevent interference from other photographic and typographic elements on all sides. Note - TM symbols may need to be resized to legible standards.

“X” When using primary Mapex logo - The “X” measurement of the clear space is 25% the height and width of the primary logo.

series name with logo When using series name with logo in vertical group. Series name must under the logo, and keep the one alphabet height space. The alphabet size is equal “MAPEX” and alighn to center with mapex logo. When using series name with logo in horizontal group. Series name must on the right side of the logo, and keep the one alphabet width space. The alphabet size is equal “MAPEX” and alighn to center with mapex logo.

versions & usage Primary Mapex Logo - The “M” shape, together with the Mapex name and shield is the official logo approved to be used across all media types. The unique design of the logo makes it ideal for most situations as it can be used on both light and dark-colored backgrounds. The Alternate - The alternate logo is to be used sparingly when the primary logo is ruled out due to sizing, spacing, and/or visibility issues. Set horizontally, this version is ideal for small format applications, such as web banners. Alternate Logo Background Color Density - Please be sure the background color is not darker than 25% in value when using the alternate “black” logo against a white or light colored background. When using the alternate “white” (reversed) logo against a black or dark colored background, please make sure the background color is not lighter than 60% in value.
