DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your event total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of the initial deposit varies, based on the date you select. Additional deposits will be scheduled in your contract and will be due every 3 months until your event date. 100% of the final estimated balance is due 10 days prior to the event date. EVENT MINIMUMS: All events held at Brookside are subject to meet a minimum Food & Beverage expenditure requirement which varies due to date, time and size of event. Room minimums do not include service charge, state sales tax, or rental fees. These requirements are given prior to booking your event and are stated in the Private Event Confirmation Agreement. Service charge is taxable according to California Sales Tax Regulation 1603. EVENT DETAILS: Room arrangements and all event details are due at least 45 days prior to your event. Once we have received your timeline, food & beverage choices, and set-up selections we will present you with a Banquet Event Order (BEO) confirming the specific requirements of your function. All Food and Beverage selections are subject to the 21% Service Charge and Current Sales Tax. Menu and package pricing will be guaranteed 45 days prior to your event. MENUS: Three main entrée selection may be made. No additional split service fee will apply, however the highest priced entrée will prevail. The number of meals must be provided 10 days prior to your event and meal identification markers are required. Vendor meals are available. FINAL GUEST GUARANTEE & DEADLINE: Final guest count and selections for ordering, staffing and billing purposes are due no later than 10 business days prior to the event and will not be subject to reduction. If no final details or count are received, the menu will be Chef’s choice and we will base our order on the initial estimated agreement. EVENT HOURS: Five hours are included in a standard event package. If additional event hours are required, a $500.00 per hour charge will apply. All events must end no later than 1:00am. Vendors are allowed to setup only one hour prior to your event start. STORAGE: Please notify vendors that Brookside does not have storage for all event items. All items must be removed at the end of your event. Brookside Golf Club will not be responsible for articles lost, stolen, or left unattended or after the conclusion of an event.
