CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received before April 15, 2025 will receive a refund less a processing fee of $25. After April 1 and before May 15, you may modify your registration and also substitute another individual should you be unable to attend. After May 15, please contact the Society regarding any substitution. There are no refunds after April 15. Thank you.
