Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology, and nextgeneration services retained Browning Day to transform the 70.5 acre site of the old Indianapolis airport terminal into their U.S. Education Center.

We worked closely with Infosys to develop a campus master plan that includes a training center, amenities building, residential facilities, central plant, and several office buildings. Numerous outdoor promenades, plazas and extensive green spaces are an integral part of the campus; linked together for users.

STANLEY Security Headquarters Fishers, Indiana

STANLEY Security is a North American company that offers a comprehensive line of security products, services, and technologies. The company wanted to consolidate offices into a single hub to foster collaboration across disciplines and to establish a work community.

STANLEY Security initiated the process of developing new headquarters that would showcase their products and innovation, and be a place that responds to the values of the new generation of millennial employees in an effort to recruit and retain the most talented individuals.

The interior space utilizes a contemporary diagram that pulls the traditional corporate "closed door" offices inward toward the building core and places the open cubicle areas outward to the exterior glazing. This allows for deeper and more even penetration of natural daylighting into the floor space.

Visionary One

Fishers, Indiana

Visionary Park and the surrounding industrial park were identified by the City of Fishers, Indiana, as a transitional area for the city. To transform a former warehouse and call center into smaller, more leasable spaces, the city connected with Browning Day to envision a new space that would be called

Visionary 1. While paying homage to the building's origin, we set to work designing a multi-tenant office space comprised of open-collaboration areas and a public lounge that welcomed more natural light. The new tech-centric business district became a catalyst in the area.
