Catered Event Requests for catered events must be placed at least two weeks in advance. Arrangements can be made for all rental items (i.e., tables, chairs, tents, etc.) and wait staff. Bartender service is also available. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all catered events and is due two weeks prior to your event. Final count for number of attendees for all catered events must be confirmed two weeks in advance. Connecticut 6.35% sales tax, 18% gratuity and a delivery/setup charge will be added to all orders. Payment can be made by check or credit card. Individual Orders Orders for all items must be placed 48 hours in advance. Individual orders in the amount of $150 and over are required to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit once your estimate has been approved in writing by you. Connecticut 6.35% sales tax, 15% gratuity and delivery fee. Please note that the menus described here represent a small selection of items which we can provide for you. Prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellation Policy Cancellation charges will be assessed at the following rates: 50% if cancelled less than 3 days before event; 100% if cancelled less than 48 hours before event.
