INTRODUCTION Flight Experience was the original flight simulator business to ‘open the cockpit to the world’. We are the world leader in flight simulation entertainment. Our simulators are built to an extremely high standard using the latest technology in both hardware and software and in fact are used by flight schools, universities and airlines for actual pilot training. They are approved by many aviation regulatory authorities around the world. Our stores are helping everyday people see the world from a completely different perspective with its state of the art flight simulator. In order to strengthen relationship and improve the communication with our clients, a new visual identity was created. We aim growth and differentiation.

The Flight Experience imagery is focused on the inspiration and the experience. The Marketing team has created a folder with all the imagery that can be used for marketing collateral or social media. If you decide to create artwork yourself, please make sure that you get it approved by the Marketing team. SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES The purpose of the Social Media Guidelines is for all stores to keep in line with the Flight Experience branding, company vision and maintaining our online presence. The guideline acts as a support for all store owners to better enhance their social media presence and maximize their business exposure. Note: Please refer to Flight Experience Operations Manual Appendix J. DID YOU KNOW? You can link your social media pages? By linking your Instagram and Twitter to your Facebook (and vice and versa) your posts will appear on all three channels, maximising the exposure and reaching a larger and diverse target market. SOCIAL MEDIA TIP: Invest some time to research good quality hashtags as it’s a simple way for people to search for tweets/posts that have a common topic in interest.

FACEBOOK TIP: Facebook is currently the second most visited site in the world, with over 1 billion users who actively use their accounts. Facebook offers a Boost / Adverts Manager option that allow us to reach exactly who we want to sell our products too. It is cost effective advertising in comparison to traditional marketing – FB marketing usually costs only a fraction.
