The problem with 3d visualization is that computer generated imagery can often feel lifeless and impersonal. Using Game Engine technology allows the real-time rendering of textures and light to combine with animated objects and inhabitants to communicate on an emotional level a more authentic and familiar experience. During my time at FPBA I was responsible for the 3d modeling/ animation and rendering of VR environments on 2 corporate office campus proposals using Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Twinmotion.

Using this strategy, which I have been refining for some time, I was able to take a team of 3 people and design, refine, redesign a few more times, and fully document a 54-page permit submittal in exactly 2-weeks.

I set up a system that allowed multiple people to work on the same Sketchup model simultaneously, and linked views from their models into Revit, where, for accuracy, sheets, floor plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules were produced.
