Dec. 5 – 11 is In uenza Vaccination Week
National In uenza Vaccination Week (NIVW) is a national observance that highlights the importance of continuing in uenza vaccination through the holiday season and beyond. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend an annual in uenza vaccine for everyone 6 months of age and older to reduce the risk of illness and hospitalization. Now is a great time to vaccinate to protect your family, friends, and yourself. Medicare Part B covers one in uenza vaccination and its administration each in uenza season for Medicare bene ciaries. Brunswick Senior Resources, Inc. has a prescription coordinator who will help guide you in the right path of this medication maze. It’s so easy to enter the maze, but navigating out is the scary part.
