I am currently a first year student studio art major. For this painting I really wanted to explore nature and most importantly color. I wanted to challenge myself by limiting myself to only a few colors,one of them being green of course. I used a combination of acrylic painting and modeling paste to create this painting. One thing that I am really trying to explore in my artwork is texture and I really feel like the modeling paste help me achieve that goal. I hope you enjoy it just as much as I do.
