After several leadership experiences, I have come to realize that leadership is not a constant. True leadership is passed on and shared due to the skills that one can and cannot bring to the table. These three lions were taking turns on the lookout. It symbolized the process of true leadership, and how no matter how hard we try, we sometimes need to take time to rest and let someone else be the leader. There is no need to overexert yourself when being the leader. Rely on others, and pass the torch. Consider yourself.
