The British School of Guangzhou has opted to undergo accreditation from the Council of International Schools, a highly respected international schools association. This involves a comprehensive inspection and self-study process over a two-year period. Recently, an American-based independent survey company carried out a staff, student and parent survey. 700 people responded. Almost every employee of The British School of Guangzhou is currently involved in a twoyear process of self-study and improvement that will be assessed by representatives from the Council of International Schools. Regular independent surveys are a big part of this process, with results from these published in full on our website twice a year.
