Our Primary students are perforrming at a very high h level in Mathemat M ics with 70% of studentss achieving a Level 5 or abo ove. In particcular, we welcome w application a ns from teachers proficient in the integration of techn nology, specifically s y iPads, into the day-to-da ay curricuulum and with experien nce of working with students s w who speak k English as a a secon d languag ge.

Each A Applicantt Will need to hold a good Ba achelor’s d degree witth QTS/PG GCE, and aat least 3 years nce teach hing in a UK sch hool or in n a reputtable Brittish Curric culum experien International Scho ool.

Some key tasks and responsibilities of the post will include:

Leading necessary change towards the new maths curriculum and assessment procedures

Implementing the effective use of our 1:1 iPad programme

Monitoring and intervening to ensure student progress is in line with the school’s high expectations

Ensuring that teaching and learning within your class encourages engagement and enquiry

Ensuring that tracking, monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting support student learning

Refining and developing the delivery of the Primary Curriculum to enhance student learning

Contributing to the wider school community by supporting major school events

Contributing to the enhanced curriculum through after school and extra curricular activities

A commitment to consistently improve his/her own practice;
