THE ROLE: As a result of unprecedented growth, the British School of Guangzhou is looking for highly qualified and experienced Primary Middle Leader to join our dedicated team from August 2015. Reporting to the Deputy Head and Head of Primary, the successful applicant will have a thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and Wales. In particular, we welcome applications from teachers proficient in the integration of technology, specifically iPads, into the day-to-day curriculum and with experience of working with students who speak English as a second language. THE PERSON: Will need to hold a good Bachelor’s degree with QTS/PGCE, and at least 5 years experience teaching in a UK school or in a reputable British Curriculum International School. Will be an excellent communicator, who gets on well with colleagues, students, parents, technology and change. Amongst other things, you will be well organised; have a good sense of humour and a desire to develop opportunities for students and teachers both in and out of the classroom.
