A very different competition season this year, we didn’t really get a start to the season. All competitions from the start of March were cancelled. It was then I decided that I would give Óðinn a whole season to rest after a couple of intensive seasons over the last few years. He was given 2 months complete rest over part of May, June and part of July but we are now back training again. The competitions started up again over here at the start of July. I’ve been at a few to watch and help train. It’s always as enjoyable and motivating to be at a competition venue but somewhat strange not competing myself. You always get hungry to compete when you’re at a competition. CONTINUED OVER
