Tri 3– Week 2 Your official bulletin for all the latest resi news and events info!
Room Condition Reports Every resident is required to complete a Room Condition Report so that we have a record of the condition of your room upon your check-in. It is in your best interests to complete and submit this, as upon your checkout, your room will be inspected and any damage (even small marks on walls) will be charged to you. If you are yet to complete a Room Condition Report, please come and collect a copy from resi reception. Ensure that you complete and sign the form, and return it to reception by 3pm Wednesday 26th November. If we have not received your form by then, we will assume that you consider your room is in excellent condition, therefore any damage we find upon your check out will be charged to you.
