Mission Statement
The Blessed Trinity Catholic High School annual Auction Gala raises funds to further the school's mission of providing a nurturing educational environment that transforms lives in Christ, integrates spiritual formation, academic excellence, artistic sensibility, and athletic achievement.
Letter from the Advancement Team Dear Blessed Trinity Community, On behalf of the faculty, staff, and administration at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School, we would like to welcome you to Derby Day Soirée, our 22nd annual Auction Gala. While the Auction Gala is our largest fundraising event of the school year, it is also our largest community building, “FUNdraising event," where everyone in the BT community can come together and visit with friends, all while having a great time in support of Blessed Trinity! Special Appeal For over 20 years, our cafeteria has served as a gathering place for our students: a place to make new friends at lunchtime, bond over the delicious Sage cookies, share in team meals, and enjoy countless other gatherings. In our now 22 years as a school community, we have celebrated numerous accomplishments, we have learned invaluable lessons, and we have grown together in community. Most importantly, we have continued to keep the needs and best interests of our students at the forefront of everything we do at Blessed Trinity. Although the cafeteria is a central gathering place for our students and community, it is an area that has remained untouched since the school’s inception in 2000. Like everything in life, with age, comes the need for maintenance work and/or upgrades. These much-needed upgrades include new tables, fresh paint, and new wall decals throughout to allow for more seating as we continue to grow.

Live Auction Regulations Live Auction items will be on display throughout the evening, and may also be previewed on GiveSmart. To enter a bid, a Bidder must signal (by raising their hand) and be acknowledged by the Auctioneer. The Highest Bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer will be the Buyer. A GiveSmart volunteer will confirm your name and bid. In the event of a dispute, the Director of Advancement will have the final decision to determine the successful bidder. Group purchases are welcome; however, one person must be responsible for the bidding and notify the auction official as to the names of the buyers and how the winning bid is to be distributed among the group. Each successful bid will be recorded by an auction official and entered on the buyer's auction account. Blessed Trinity Catholic High School accepts no responsibility for any consequences that may result from items purchased without careful consideration of the applicable restrictions. Further, many items require that the purchaser present a coupon or gift certificate in order to claim the item purchased. The school will not be responsible for lost gift certificates after the purchaser receives them. The school assumes no responsibility if the donor goes out of business before you redeem your item(s).
